Come spend a week learning scenes, songs, and dances from some of your favorite Broadway musicals! A low-pressure and no-audition environment combined with highly trained local performers will
create a fun-filled week of learning and growing in your performing capabilities! We will work towards an hour long performance to be held Friday night for any and all friends and family. A great
opportunity to try performing for the first time or grow in your already-there skills!
Tution: $100 for the week long camp

Mari Anderson (Artistic Director & Teaching Artist for Dance)
Mari is a dancer, actor, and dance instructor who has performed with many local theaters, including the Artistry and the Guthries. Mari will be working with our students in dance and acting.
Caitlin Burns (K-2 Assistant and Teaching Artist for Acting)
Caitlin is a professional educator and performer in the Twin Cities. Hailing from Fairbanks, Alaska, she now lives in New Brighton with her husband and two children. Caitlin earned a degree in Musical Theater Performance with an Acting Emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado in 2005. She puts that degree to good use by performing with various Twin Cities theater companies, such as Artistry, Gilbert and Sullivan Very Light Opera Company, Lyric Arts, Shoot the Glass Theater, and more! Caitlin earned a second degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2009, and has taught in the Anoka Hennepin School District for the last 7 years. She is currently in the process of earning her Masters of Science in Education with a Reading & Literacy focus from Walden University. Caitlin is excited to spend a week combining her two passions this summer; musical theater, and educating young people! It will certainly be a welcome break from all of her course work!

Sarah has a degree in Musical Theatre Performance and has been working professionally in the Twin Cities, most recently
at Artistry in Bloomington, MN. We are excited to have Sarah teaching our students about theatre history, terminology, as well as acting technique.
Liz Holst (Accompanist)
Corrin Lee (Teaching Artist for Music)
Hailing from rural southeastern Minnesota, Corrin is a passionate educator, conductor, and performer. A recent graduate of University of Northwestern - St. Paul, Corrin holds a Bachelors of Vocal Music Education and has worked with a wide variety of students, ranging from elementary classroom music all the way to middle and high school choir. While at Northwestern, she sang in Northwestern Choir for three years and was also Student Conductor of the Women's Chorale for two years. She performed in Northwestern's Opera Workshop production of Die Fledermaus as the female lead character, Rosalinda. Corrin was also the winner of Northwestern's Concerto Aria Competition in February 2018, granting her a performance with the UNW Orchestra. Last summer, Corrin worked with Northeast Dance Center students in a summer cabaret performance, coaching them on both solo and ensemble numbers. Most recently, Corrin was a long-term substitute classroom music teacher at Zachary Lane Elementary School in Plymouth, MN, teaching Kindergarten through 5th grade. Corrin lives in Roseville and can be found cooking, running, or reading any day of the week.
Abbie Montermini (Administrative Director & Teaching Artist for
Abbie has been teaching dance in the Twin Cities since 2002, specializing in theatre dance, classical ballet and pointe instruction, and opened NorthEast Dance Center in 2015. Over the years she has taught in a variety of settings to a wide variety of students from age 2 to adult. She has taught ballet, pointe, lyrical, modern, jazz, musical theatre, and tap in churches, community education programs, community theater, and of course dance schools and studios. It is her passion to educate students in proper technique in order to develop each student's individual gifts and abilities to the utmost for the glory of God. Abbie lives in NE Minneapolis with her husband and three children with whom life is a constant dance party.
