With unicorns and mermaids in hand, dancers will travel through ice castles, jungles, oceans, and even outer space. We will use music and movement from around the world allowing campers to learn new dance steps, explore rhythm, and bring their creativity to life. We’ll even make fun crafts and prepare a special performance for family members. This camp is a perfect blend of imagination, movement, and fun!

Monday-Thursday, June 16-19, 9:00 am -12:00 pm
One of our favorite weeks of the year–and soon to be yours too: Bits of Broadway Camp allows young performers to spend the week bringing scenes, songs, and dances to life. Using fun, engaging workshops led by highly trained local performers, campers will build confidence and skills in acting, singing, and dancing. There will be an exciting camp showcase at 7 pm on Friday. With a no-audition, low-pressure environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow as a performer while having an absolute blast on stage!

Monday-Friday, August 11-15, 9:00 am-1:00 pm (all ages)
It’s Christmas in August! Dancers ages 6-8 and 9-12 will step into the enchanting world of The Nutcracker, twirling through scenes of Sugar Plums, Snowflakes, and more. Each day includes ballet class, choreography, and (for younger dancers) festive crafts and costumes to bring the magic to life. Throughout the week, students will learn Nutcracker-inspired dances to perform for family on the final day. A perfect summer treat for ballet lovers!

Monday-Friday, August 18-22, 9:30-12:00 pm
Step into the world of ballet! Over three days, dancers (ages 7-11) will learn and improve their ballet technique, terminology, musicality, performance concepts, as well as exploration of famous ballet stories and dancers. Each day includes choreography practice, leading up to a performance for friends and family on the final day.
Tuesday-Thursday, June 24-26, 9 am-12pm, Tuition: $90
Designed for dedicated dancers that are ages 13+ (or NEDC levels 4+) who have had a minimum of 5 years ballet training, this week-long intensive focuses on improving ballet technique, expanding terminology, deepening history knowledge, and learning choreography for intermediate-advanced students.

Mini Pre-Ballet (Creative Movement)
This class is a magical first step into the world of dance and perfect for little ones eager to twirl, leap, and move to the music! This class introduces young dancers (ages 3-5 and age 2.5 with instructor approval), to the basics of ballet, movement, and music in a fun and engaging way. Students will explore patterns, shapes, sequence, rhythm, and musicality while building balance, coordination, and motor skill development.
This 30 min class meets once a week for the full six weeks of the summer session.

Beginning Ballet/Pre-Ballet (ages 5-7)
Perfect for budding ballerinas and ballet enthusiasts alike, this class introduces beginning and advanced beginning ballet dancers to fundamental ballet skills and terminology. Dancers will build confidence, strength, and grace while learning ballet choreography. Your dancer is sure to develop technique, artistry, and a love for movement.
For ages 5-8, this 45 minute class meets once a week for four weeks. Tuition: $60 for all 4 weeks.

Broadway and Ballet (ages 5-7)
Twice the fun in one exciting class! Young dancers will explore the elegance of ballet and lively rhythms of musical-theater-style tap in a creative, age-appropriate environment. Dancers will learn the basic structure of a ballet class–including barre and centre work–while also tapping their way through basic steps that build rhythm, coordination, and musicality.
This 45-minute class meets once a week for four weeks. Ballet & tap shoes required.

Level 1/2 Ballet (ages 7-10)
A perfect introduction to the beauty and discipline of ballet, this class guides dancers through the structure of a ballet class while building a strong foundation in technique, musicality, and performance skills. With a focus on grace, coordination, and confidence, students will develop their artistry in a supportive and engaging environment. Ideal for both beginners and those ready to take their skills to the next level!
This 60-minute class meets once a week.

Level 1/2 Jazz & Musical Theatre Dance (ages 8-12)
Step into the spotlight with this exciting class! This class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of musical theatre dance. Students will learn the essentials of dance for theatre while exploring musicality, stage presence, and storytelling through movement. Perfect for young performers looking to build confidence and shine on stage!
Ballet or jazz shoes required. Tuition: $60 for all 4 weeks

Level 1 Tap (ages 7-10)
Time to make some noise! This upbeat class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of tap technique, rhythm, and musicality. Each week, students will build their skills through their study of tap technique and choreography will bring their study to life.
Tap shoes required. Tuition: $78 for all 4 weeks

Level 2 Ballet (ages 8-13)
Designed for growing dancers, this class builds on fundamental ballet technique while introducing students to the structure of a ballet class. Dancers will refine their coordination, strength, and performance skill in a supportive environment, gaining confidence as they develop their technique. Perfect for those ready to take the next step in their ballet journey.
This 1 hour class meets once a week for each of the summer sessions. Ballet Dress Code applies.

Conditioning & Stretching
Boost your technique with a class designed to help you dance stronger, jump higher, and move with greater control. Dancers will focus on stretching and conditioning exercises that build flexibility, balance, and overall strength. Perfect for improving performance, get ready to feel stronger, balance longer, and jump higher!

Level 2/3 Tap

Level 3/4 Ballet & Pointe
Take your ballet technique to new heights! This class is designed for students who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to refine and expand their skills. With a focus on intermediate to advanced Intermediate ballet technique, dancers will work on enhancing their strength, precision, and artistry. Each session builds on existing knowledge, challenging students to elevate their performance and technique.
L3 & L4 Ballet students are required to attend at least 1 ballet class each week during our four week summer session.

Advanced Intermediate/Advanced (L4/5) Tap
For experienced tappers ready to refine their skills and expand their rhythmical vocabulary, this class focuses on advanced intermediate and advanced tap technique and vocabulary. Each week students will sharpen their precision, speed, and style, developing the confidence and artistry needed to make every step count.
This class meets for one hour, once a week for the 4 weeks of the summer session. Full-sole tap shoes required. Students should have at least 5 years of tap experience to enroll in this class. Tuition: $60 for all 4 weeks

L3-5 (Intermediate-Advanced) Jazz & Theatre Dance
High energy, dynamic movement, and bold choreography–this class has it all! Dancers will refine their intermediate and advanced jazz technique while exploring musical-theatre-style choreography. Each week, students will focus on precision, flexibility, and expressive performance, bringing their technique to life through engaging combinations. Perfect for those ready to push their skills to the next level!
This 1 hour class meets once a week for the 4 weeks of the summer session. Jazz or character shoes required. This class is for dancers with a minimum of 4 years jazz training. Tuition: $60 for all 4 weeks

Level 4-5 Ballet & Modern Choreography
For dedicated dancers looking to expand their artistry, this class is designed to blend advanced and intermediate advanced ballet & modern choreography. Dancers will refine their technical skills while exploring movement quality, dynamics, and storytelling through dance.
For current Level 3-5 ballet students or who have been assessed/invited by an instructor to join this class. Dress Code applies. Tuition: $90 for 4 weeks of class

It’s never too late to start ballet! Designed for beginners with no prior experience, this class introduces dancers to the structure of ballet through barre and centre work. Students will build a strong foundation in technique, musicality, and performance skills while expanding their ballet vocabulary. Along the way, they’ll also gain insight into ballet history and terminology. A welcoming and supportive environment for anyone eager to explore the grace and discipline of ballet.
This 1-hour class meets once a week. Tuition: $15/class, punch cards accepted

Teen & Adult Intermediate-Advanced Open Ballet
Designed for experienced dancers, this class builds on an intermediate ballet vocabulary and is perfect for those with at least three years of training or current level 4.5/5 dancers. Students will complete a full, standard ballet barre and centre during the class, with an emphasis on fast-paced centre work to improve stamina and keep the heart rate up. College students with previous experience are welcome!
This 1.5-hr class meets once a week. Tuition: $18/class (punch cards accepted)

Teen & Adult Jazz

Barrelates
Barrelates combines the best of barre's ballet-based exercises and Pilates. At NEDC, we are driven by the music. Did you know music can increase your endurance and improve the way you move? Your legs, glutes, and abs will love this fun and effective class, and you will LOVE the playlists.
