We offer three training tracks:
1. Dance Track
Encourages dancers ages 3 – adult that dance is not just for the professionals but a life-long skill that can be used for leisure, exercise and self-expression. Do not get the wrong impression
from the term “recreational”-these classes are still a challenge and will give you a great work out! These classes meet 1x/week and perform 1x/year.
2. Performance Track
Encourages dancers who wish to perform more and/or who may wish to dance in college (and beyond!). These classes require more time commitment than our recreational program. The performance track
students will add to their technical training by learning additional choreography and dancing in additional performance opportunities. These classes are open to students ages 8-18, meet 2-3x/week and
perform informally and formally throughout the year. Placement audition and fee are required for admittance into the Performance Track.
3. Teacher Training Track
Encourages dancers who seek an interest in teaching to gain classroom experience through assisting and teaching classes, learning classroom and studio management skills, as well as choreography and job seeking skills. This program is open to upper level students who are willing and able to commit to a full 2-year program.
